heared of YES LOAN?

Does anyone heared of "yes loan"? my husband received an application from this company and he applied for the loan as it says after the application was sent he received calls everyday for the brokers fee finally he paid the said fee by direct debit after paying it he never heared of them again to know what happened with the application nor any lender had contacted him its been 3 months and he decided to asked for refund by sending them a letter and email as well but still we received no answer it is already 2 months. we want to report this but dont know where and how. can we still get our money back? it is clearly noted in the application that they will refund if they cannot give us services but they dont seem to bother to answer our claim.
