Cheap products but after sales service non-existant,returned faulty goods about a month ago,no response to emails,phone messages,recorded letters.
Did eventually speak to a person and they said I would be charged a 10 % restocking fee !,which is a clear breach off 2 acts, the distance selling regs and the sale off goods act.
Looks like I am going to have to take them to court.
