Only you can decide whether to accept or not.
The next step should you continue the claim is to have theaq sent to you (or a letter dispensing with it).

I have just received an offer for charges only (nointerest or court costs) from Sandy Watt. I am waiting for a court date having submitted my
aq and draft order for directions.
I have sent them rejection letter No.5 from thetemplates library stating the full amount they need to pay in order to settle the claim.
I don't see why they should be allowed to get away with paying one penny less.
