Have been offered £1987 out of court direct from RBS . Initially sued for £2066 +£750 interest + £120 court fees. Corbetts have entered their defence.

Do I take the money or go for the full amount?
If I do continue my claim what is the process?

I have just received an offer for charges only (no interest or court costs) from Sandy Watt. I am waiting for a court date having submitted my aq and draft order for directions.

I have sent them rejection letter No.5 from the templates library stating the full amount they need to pay in order to settle the claim.

I don't see why they should be allowed to get away with paying one penny less.
