Creepshow83 Vs. RBOS

Hi all, I submitted my first letter on the 7th of June stating the charges that I would like to recover.

RBOS sent me back a letter today stating that they are dealing with my request and it could take 6-7 weeks before an outcome is reached.

What do you guys think I should do next? Send an lba? Or is it just a case of playing the waiting game?

You should give them 14 days from when the prelim letter was sent and by the bank saying that it will take 6 to 7 weeks is just a joke-they know that that they are given 14 days to reply.

Therefore ignore their letter and send the lba.
