Scottish Claims
Hi everybody,
I've followed Martin Lewis and his advice on reclaiming bank charges and now at the stage to make a claim through the small claims court but it seems there is a difference between Scottish and English Courts. Do claims through the scottish court have to be broken down into £750 chunks? Has anybody done this and been successful and if so could you give me any pointers i'd really appreciate it.
