Joint Account
Just sent a letter re charges to Royal
Bank of Scotland on my joint account, however my partner did not sign the letter only i did.
Will this make a difference?
We have not heard back from them and i am wondering if we should send another letter.

Re: Joint Account
If any of you can access funds in the account separately, it means you do not need a joint
signature for the request.
I hope you have started counting your 40 days. After 40 days without response, send a non compliance letter from the library.
