    Question Jimmy V Rbs

    Hi all
Can anyone give me any advice I had 2 personal accounts and 1 personal loan. The 2 personal accounts are now closed but the loan acc is still opened but I have never paid into it for about 2 and 1/2 years. I have worked it out that the 2 personal acc's I was charged £3250.00 inc Intrest if I was to claim this back would the bank just credit the loan acc or would they have to return it to me as the charges was from other accounts. THANKS IN ADVACE JIMMY.

You can insist on your letters that they pay you by cheque. Whether this will get you anywhere I don't know, there has been mixed successes with this on the forums I think.
