Ms Kylie Ramone v RBoS
In the early stages here. I got seven years worth of bank statements back from Edinburgh after 7 days wait. Interestingly, the RBoS put them in a fairly flimsy envelope and it broke open in the post. There was no covering letter in the bundle the PO delivered.

Hi Ramie,
Good luck with your claim - the flimsy envelope thing is a commonRBS trait.
One thing I would point out. It seems the banks keep close tabs on these forums and your user ID & thread name could be quite an obvious giveaway as to who you are! If you wish to become anonymous to the banks I would advise pm-ing a mod / site helper requesting a user name change and thread name change.
Any questions just ask, plenty of helpful ppl in here

If the RBOS can trace me through my user name - good luck to them!
