Any comments to this!
Went into
overdraft this month ( Jan) due to people not paying me monies owed. I spoke to the bank two half weeks ago asking for their cooperation inpaying important direct debits. Last friday recieved 4 seperate company letters saying payments werent made due to insufficient funds. Put a letter into Bank by hand addressed to manager complaining of this. Spoke to a member of staff on Monday who phoned me about overdraft, new nothing about the letter, says that all letters to manager go to a head office customer services!!! Got another call Tuesday left on answerphone by different member of staff, they knew nothing about letter or previous calls. said they will deal with it. Got a call today Wednesday from yet another member of staff asking what I plan to do about overdraft and would I like a loan to cover the overdraft.
I asked him how much was overdraft now, agreed limit of £250.
Overdraft now £1100. How much of this exactly is charges by bank I ask? After a few minutes he reluctantly told me that £900 was overdraft charges!!!!
Suggestions anyone?

do you have another account? I suggest seizing to use this one and start reclaiming the charges back.
Take a look under the FAQs for further help. You could go into your branch and talk to the manager but as there is such an influx regarding charge refunds you will probably be told to go to Customer Relations.
