Just recieved an offer from RBS for £456, my claim is for £527.

This is £70 short of my full claim, does anyone think I should push for the full payment + 8%.

Any comment would be appreciated.

Was this before or after your lba? If this offer is simply in reply to your prelim letter then I'd fire off your LBA....wouldnt suprise me if they reply offering you the full sum then!

The offer was before the lba, I think you are right I should at least send the LBA.
