It would be the 29th, as that is when the 'offence' was caried out

I was thinking the 13th as thats when the period the
interest was charged for ends. Yes, they actually take the payment on the 29th but surely that falls within the new interest period they'll charge for the next month?

Re: Quick bit of spreadsheet help anyone please??
I disagree with matt on this, the
interest covers the interest period, not when it was charged. The date you should put in is the 13th.
Small point Rage, it helps people keep track if you ask all your questions in one thread, that way everyone can keep track of the history of your claim.
Good luck, any more help required, feel free to ask.

Bloody hell.
My claim has just been acknowledged (yesterday), but on my spreadsheet, I claimed my 8% from when it was taken out.
Oh well. I don't suppose it would have made too much difference. Too late to change it now. I just want it over with, but I know I've got at least a month and a 1/2 of plodding to go............
