Status of Court Action
I hope someone who has used moneyclaim online may be able to help me out here.
I have submitted my claim on 23rd January and the website still shows a status of 'issued'. Does this mean it is still being processed before being served toRBS or has it being served, and when does the 14 days for them to respond commence from?
Should i receive anything from the courts as i havent had any hard copies of documents yet? Any help would be appreciated.

Re: Status of Court Action
You will get a letter through the post stating that the claim was issued on such a day, and it will be deemed to have been served on the [5 days after issue day].
Your 14 days start from the day that it was served.
If you haven't received anything by now, it might be worth giving the courts a ring in the morning
