sole trader with RBOS
hi,
does a sole trader have any rights to claim back excassive charges...for example 5 transactions (3 S/O's + 2 chq's) at a charge of £200.00

Re: sole trader with RBOS
Yes ! I'm a sole trader with
BOS and after one successful claim I'm now onto my first Summary Cause. There is a letter in the Bank
templates library for businesses, differs slightly from the norm in the wording.
I should say I "was" with BOS, they shut my account after I won my first claim!
Hope this helps.
Regards.
Scott.Any advice I give is honest and in good faith.
