Small claims against rbos - Address
Hi all I am about to start my claim against rbos and their address is in Scotland.
Can i still make the claim in English court even though their address is in Scotland?
Sorry I know this question has been asked before but I can't find the thread.
Thanks
Kathy

Re: Small claims against rbos - Address
If you are in England just use your local branch in the first instance. It seems to be perfectly OK. They forward all of the mail to Customer Relations in the end and it is deeply satisfying to think about your letters landing in the branch's letterbox.
