Default Is this a chink in Cahoots armour?

Yesterday I sent a secure message to Cahoot telling them the £30 excess overdraftautolinker.com autolinking image fee they had charged me was unlawful.

To that I got no usual "our charges are fair........." but an almost instant message telling me the charge was refunded.

My thought is that may set an example and also may give me greater leverage when I get round to claiming all my charges back from them.

    Your thoughts please...............

I tried this originally but they refused, in light of my claim and the 2 charges they will be taking from my account this month end i will try it again.
