    Default Restitutionary Damages/MBNA

    Hi Guys,

Have just received a letter and notification from MBNAautolinker.com autolinking image, 'as a measure of goodwill', they have refunded my payments and interestautolinker.com autolinking image charged for a miss-sold PPIautolinker.com autolinking image. Ofcourse the letter also states that they feel the matter is now concluded.

My problem is that I feel some sort of restitutionary damagesautolinker.com autolinking image is also in order, but which is the best way to go about it, fosautolinker.com autolinking image or Courts.

I have dealt with the fosautolinker.com autolinking image before and quite frankly do feel that they are a bit to ready to side with the banks. On the other hand I have no idea what would be involved in taking MBNA to court

Has anyone on here gone the court route? Do think this may be the longest course of action but as they have already paid back the PPI they cannot really argue that point.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Regards,

    Bosun.
