    Default PPI with Abbey CC

I took out PPIautolinker.com autolinking image with an Abbeyautolinker.com autolinking image CC some time ago.
I ticked the box on the Application Form does this affect my position to a possible claim.
I'm in full time employment and have been for the duration of having the CC.
Being crippled financially at moment due to interestautolinker.com autolinking image rates in excess of 25%.
Looking for more ways to fight back.
Is it worth spending the £10 to see if I have a claim ?
    Thoughts please.

    Hello Mitch,

I would advise you to read up the information in the stickies at the top of the forum. Masses of useful information to help you along the way.

Let me start you off with links that will assist you in deciding if you have a claim.

PPI - Some Notes for Claimants..

BANKS are giving incorrect advice on PPI

Mis-sold PPI? Want your money back? use these links to help

The last link is full of other links to a lot of the relevant issues on PPI reclaiming and the regulatory bodies etc etc a lot of homework but worth the effort.

My claims so far on bank charges and PPI have managed to get me in excess of £21k back.

So read up, send your SARautolinker.com autolinking image if you need to, prepare you case, put in your claim and let the fosautolinker.com autolinking image adjudicate. The fosautolinker.com autolinking image have upheld 90% of claims in favour of the Consumer making the claim.

    Good luck.

Post up any questions you have and someone I am sure will help you out along the way.

Keep at them. Do not give way and do not accept all they tell you, they will delay and stall for as long as they can to prevent repaying you your mis-sold PPI.

If I have more than 1 card do I send £10 for each card and what should I do if I have sent CCA requests and put the accounts into dispute as nothing has been received since November ?

Once information is requested is it easy to identify PPIautolinker.com autolinking image being added to an account that wasn't asked for ?

When I ticked the box to accept PPIautolinker.com autolinking image for the Abbeyautolinker.com autolinking image card should they have provided me with a policy if so I don't remember ever receiving one and even if they hold a copy would I have needed to sign a copy of it so as I accepted the T&C's ?

A single £10 fee by postal order is all that is required to obtain all the data held on you by Abbeyautolinker.com autolinking image.

Once information is requested is it easy to identify PPIautolinker.com autolinking image being added to an account that wasn't asked for ?
You will needto scrutinise all the paperwork you receive to check for the PPI details.

When I ticked the box to accept PPI for the Abbey card should they have provided me with a policy if so I don't remember ever receiving one and even if they hold a copy would I have needed to sign a copy of it so as I accepted the T&C's ?
You will need to double check as you state you ticked the box you should have been made aware of all the relevant issues on the policy by virtue of a demands and needs questionnaire, This should have been carried out by abbey staff to ensure the PPI on the CC was in fact suitable to you in line with your position.

    Please see this linik..

PPI - Some Notes for Claimants..

You should always receive a copy of the consumer credit agreement with a copy of the terms and conditionsautolinker.com autolinking image that are applicable to that agreement.

If you believe you have been mis-sold PPI then you should submit a claim to ask for the PPI premiums to be returned with 8% statutory interestautolinker.com autolinking image.

    thanks aa

If I did fill in some sort of Q&a willautolinker.com autolinking image they have a copy ?
Will they have to produce it as part of the SARautolinker.com autolinking image request ?
If they don't have this information does it then fall into mis-sellingautolinker.com autolinking image ?
