Have Had A Loan With A&l Since Sept 02 Went Into Default Dec 04 (with Payplan) Loan Ended Sept 07 ,loan Still Ongoing ,have Just Lernt That PPI Still Active On Acct Between Dec O4 And Sept 07 And Still Holding Its Costs On Our Outstanding.
Only 1 Person At A&l Talked Sense He Is Chasing,
Can I Expect To Get The Costs Of Ppi Back As When We Went Into Default A&l Should Have Cancelled Ppi And Informed Us Of Such Action?

They Dont Like The Words Miss Sell And Ppi Putting Together

sound famillier you should be able to reclaim PPI have a look at my post my case is crazier than yours since Santander took over they are trying to default me on a loan thats already defaulted and the amount I have remaining is only ppi and intrest and my claim should take my balance to a plus balance in my favor
