    Default FSCS ,Deloitte and Picture Finance

    Hi, I have been told by Deloitte that my case has been reviewed and is back with the FSCS(It is currently with a manager). Is there any reason neither of them will tell me the decision ? Can it be changed by the FSCS ?and how long do they take to send out their decision ?
