Hi need a bit of advice as Cahoot have offered half of the charges and half of the interest and all of my court costs so what do i do now....is there a letter template i need to send.

I had the same offer and simply emailed them,

"Thank you for your offer which I reject."

I wanted to keep it nice and simple.

Simply reject the offer. This is what I intend to do. They have to settle for the full amount, or face explaining themselves in court...
