Request To Barclaycad For Cca
I have two credit card agreement with Barclaycard and recently requested a CCA and got replies with the
terms and conditions . The letters also contained the following:
‘Under Section 78 we must supply you with a copy of your executed agreement and a statement of account which is practicable to refer. Please find enclosed a copy of your latest executed agreement. This is a statement of the terms of your agreement with us and incorporates any variations to the terms made since you entered into this agreement.’
I have attached the information I was sent. I don’t think it meets CCA 1974, but I would really appreciate input from anyone with some knowledge of this.

Re: Request To Barclaycad For Cca
Hi Odezi,
Thread moved into BC forum.
There's no need to post the letter - it's a common one from BC at the moment.
If you want to see if they have a valid credit agreement, read up on the CPR strategy in Link No2 in mysignature below.
You'll see the majority of threads in the BC forum are about the same problem - read as many as you can and you'll learn loads.
BC will not send you a credit agreement in response to a CCA request.
