barclaycard late payment charges
On a number of occassions I have forgotten to pay my Barclaycard bill and been charged £12 for late payment plus
interest . Can I reclaim this and if so how?

Hi Fishbone and welcome to
CAG .
You can reclaim the full amount of any penalty charges which have been added to your a/c in the last6 years .
Read the Reclaiming Guide at Link No1 in mysignature below.
If you don't have your last 6 years' statements, send off aSAR to the address on your BC statement.
Use these to complete a SOC (Scedule of Charges) using a site spreadsheet.
Read other threads in this forum and you learn loads. Look out for ones showing **WON** and see how others went about the process.
