PPI can i clain this back?

Hi

I have a fixed rate loan with Cahoot, I have had my CCA from them and it is enforcable so i have offered them a reduced payment which they have refused as they need me to be on a payment plan, which i have tried but again turned down with not enough surpluse money so am dealing with my creditors on my own. My question is I have PPI with this loan and have also asked them to cancel it which they have now done but im wonder am i able to get any of the PPI that i have paid over the past 3 years? If so how do i go about doing this?
