A and L trying to charge me £180 for a copy of my statements

as they don't send me statements and I am unable to access them on line as the charges were two years ago.

Yes.

Instead of asking for statements (for which they can charge what they want), send them a SAR under the DPA for which they can only charge £10 maximum. They then have 40 days to supply the info.
