A and L trying to charge me £180 for a copy of my statements
is this legal?
as they don't send me statements and I am unable to access them on line as the charges were two years ago.
this is seriously shocking
anything i can do?

Subject access request or simply copy statements?

Yes.
Instead of asking for statements (for which they can charge what they want), send them aSAR under the DPA for which they can only charge £10 maximum. They then have 40 days to supply the info.
