Time to get messy with A&L ! A&L Credit Card

Hi everyone,

New on here, and starting a thread on my progress in dealing with A&L

Sent them a letter today requesting the CCA, the templates and advice on here has been perfect.

Sent it today recorded and await reply.

I will post on this thread on how I get on.

Also will have threads for other creditors in the relevant sections !

Thats really up to you, some would, but remember they can still come up with the agreement some months down the line.

thanks again, im looking at taking Capital One down the cpr there already refused to comply with the first letter so sending them a reminder of there oblications, if there dont comply will be applying to county court to take it further, maybe i should do this for this and other who compltly failed to respond at all
