    Default credit card

    appologies if this question is in the wrong place or has been asked previously,but my credit card company has added around £300 in overlimit fees and i'm £100 over my limit and they are theatening action are they likely to take me to court as obviously these charges are illegal and i assume they don't want to discuss these chages in court.
    secondly what other actions are they likely to take? thanks
