Bignick and Cahoot Credit Card
Last month I CCA'd Cahoot regarding my credit card and all they sent me was a copy of the signed form with T&Cs, all on 2 sides. I will scan and post this soon.
Are they required to send statements too or do I need toSAR them?

Assuming it has your
signature on it that you have blanked out, that looks enforceable to me - it has all of the prescribed terms on it.
However, agreements are not the area in which I have been concentrating - I seem to be more of a notice kinda guy.
I am sure someone stronger on agreements will confirm or correct what I think.

I agree with Viscount Star - it looks enforceable to me. However, this is under the assumption that these 2 documents would be front and back. The only way you would find that out though, would be in court......

Having got accounts with cahoot, my agreements are exactly like yours and are enforceable.
Sorry,

That's OK, I was rather expecting that to be honest. Think I will go through the statements instead and look for any unfair charges but I think that might be some years back. Isn't there a time limit on how far back you can claim?

Re: Bignick and Cahoot Credit Card
I have one query. It states
Theinterest rate for purchases, transferred balances, and cash advances is a monthly rate of 0.2871%.
The APR for cash advances is 7.9% (variable). The APR for purchases and balance transfers is 6.3% (variable).
If the interest rates are the same for all three, how can the APRs be different? Is it due to the handling fee for cash advances?
