Default platt v barclays (preliminary approach)

    Hi,

I have been informed on this website to use the template letters to send to Barclaysautolinker.com autolinking image. Having read the preliminary approach for repayment letter i feel it comes across abrupt!

Has anyone else used this letter and if so have you had any come back from it!
