Default do I take their offer?

Have been offered £1987 out of court direct from RBS . Initially sued for £2066 +£750 interestautolinker.com autolinking image + £120 court fees. Corbetts have entered their defence.

Do I take the money or go for the full amount?
If I do continue my claim what is the process?

Only you can decide whether to accept or not.

The next step should you continue the claim is to have the aqautolinker.com autolinking image sent to you (or a letter dispensing with it).

Cool Re: do I take their offer?

Hi gardenofeden

I have just received an offer for charges only (no interest or court costs) from Sandy Watt. I am waiting for a court date having submitted my aqautolinker.com autolinking image and draft order for directions.

I have sent them rejection letter No.5 from the templates library stating the full amount they need to pay in order to settle the claim.

I don't see why they should be allowed to get away with paying one penny less.

Good luck
FC
