d0lphin40 Basic Account Holder Worried about your signature being copied onto CCAs etc? Use SignGuard Cagger since : May 2007 I am in: Swindon Posts: 6	Advice Please Hi - I need advice please. We have received two settlement figures to the amount of £10,000. We have accepted these figures. They have settled our overdrafts which were £1,500. They now want to repay the balance off our loan. Given the bank has contributed in charges over the last 6 years toward our downfall of our financial position, can they do this? Also, I have requested they pay off the arrears of our loan, we continue with the monthly direct debit we pay to them and they send to us the remaining balance of the goodwill gesture. Can you please advise if we are in a positive position. I welcome your views. Many thanks
