Default Creepshow83 Vs. RBOS

Hi all, I submitted my first letter on the 7th of June stating the charges that I would like to recover.

RBOS sent me back a letter today stating that they are dealing with my request and it could take 6-7 weeks before an outcome is reached.

What do you guys think I should do next? Send an lbaautolinker.com autolinking image? Or is it just a case of playing the waiting game?

Thanks in advance for any input

Chris

You should give them 14 days from when the prelim letter was sent and by the bank saying that it will take 6 to 7 weeks is just a joke-they know that that they are given 14 days to reply.

Therefore ignore their letter and send the lbaautolinker.com autolinking image.
