just found out that rbos are going against me, not sure what to do next.

May I suggest that you read up on what you are going to do before you do it. Taking a bank to court is not a trivial matter. You need to understand the protocols involved, so unfortunately you are going to have to do a lot of reading. Most of it is available right here at CAG though

Start with the FAQs and look through the bank threads and read people's messages and in no time you'll pick up all the tips and tricks. If you have any specific questions that haven't been covered or only applies to you then just fire away and ask.

Additionally start a new thread outlining your own case e.g. "josie foley -vs- RBoS" so the experts can see where you are up to.
