Red face Trying to make in claim in Scotland

Hey there,

I have written my 2 letters and trying to claim £790 fromt he Royal Bank of Scotland.

I am now about th start the claimin process but not sure how to go about this - I live in scotland so cannot use the money claim website..... and as it is £790 rather than £750 (Max you can claim via small claims) not sure where I stand.

I would be happy enough to claim the £750 and go through small calims, is that feasable?

At a lost end and would be greatful for any advice.

Many thanks

It may also be beneficial for those with claims in Scotland with more than £750 being claimed to try going through the Financial Ombudsmanautolinker.com autolinking image first before giving up on the extra above the limit.
