Can anyone give me any advice on the following

I sent my S A R letter and got statements for last 6 years autolinker.com autolinking image

within a week of posting

, I calculated the charges and sent the prelim letter asking for my £225 back last week.

This Saturday mornings post contained a letter from sainsburys bank enclosing a copy of the current terms and conditions autolinker.com autolinking image

of my credit card agreement. This is a slight problem as its current and not from 1995 when the card was obtained and signed for. I am going to write again and ask for the original agreement.

Is it possible they dont have the agreement

I read on another thread that if they dont have the agreement then they may right it off !

Write back asking for the correct T&c's. Also send them an lba autolinker.com autolinking image

I got a letter from sainsburys this a.m informing me they think they have charged me fairly and I have no grounds for a refund :o shall I proceed with the lba autolinker.com autolinking image
