Default RageAgainstTheBanks v RBOS

Hi everyone,

Everything is in place now and its time to take these thieving b*****s for every penny I can get my hands on (all owed to me of course)

The account in question is a student/graduate royalties account. As you can imagine, being a student caused a bit of stress to my bank balance! It was comforting to know that Royal Bank Of Scotland were there for me. They helped me with my financial problems and gave me sound advice and support.........not! They saw it as an opportunity to screw me for as much cash as possible and cause me major stress. Now its payback time!

The process started a few weeks ago. I now have all my statements (returned surprisingly quickly!) and have calculated the charges. I will be reclaiming approx. £1250 in charges along with compounded contractual interestautolinker.com autolinking image at 29.8% - approx £1500.

That gives me a claim total of roughly £2700

Can anyone answer a couple of questions...
  • What is the current success rate with contractual interest?
  • With contractual interest, this claim will obviously go to court. What are the procedures for a claim of £2700 in Scotland. Obviously its over the small clams limit and how much more difficult is it?
Any help appreciated. I'm in this for the long run, I won't be taking any BS from them. Its war!

I have sent off initial request and had no reply whatsoever. lbaautolinker.com autolinking image has been sent and should now be with them.

I don't expect a reply and I if I do get one, it won't be the answer i'm looking for.

So, can anyone give me a good link for the Scottish court procedures for both less than £750 and more than £750. I know the basics but I have 2 weeks now to totally familiarise myself with them, ready for the next stage.

Thank You.
