Hi Davieh and welcome

The address I used, as I live in the UK was:

The Royal Bank of Scotland
Senior Customer Relations Manager
Freepost PO Box 1727
Edinburgh
EH12 9NJ

Some CAG members sent theirs specifically to a named person. Have a look in the FAQ for other options.

Good luck!

A postal order is fine, made payable and crossed to the bank. Hang onto your receipt to be on the safe side and get proof of posting or send your Subject access requestautolinker.com autolinking image recorded delivery - not that we don''t trust the banks or anything, but best to be on the safe side.

Good luck

Don't worry about it, the spreadsheet does all the hard work for you, you simply have to enter the type of charge, amount and the date of the charge - easy!

Good luck hun. Just one thing though, if you are planning to claim contractual interestautolinker.com autolinking image then you need to add it to your prelim. If you are just claiming the 8% statutory interest then as you are doing, don't add this until you file your claim.

Good luck

Hi everyone

just an update on my (my sons) situation, posted prelim letter on 13/02 checked with royal mail and it was delivered 14/02. In the meantime I have recieved a letter dated 09/02 thanking me for my request for data and advising me that my statements will be sent out ASAP. I am assuming that this letter got "lost" in the post as I have already recieved statements. As of yet I have had no contact regarding prelim letter and 14 days is up on 27/02 should I be worried?. Also I forgot to add there is a bit on the bottom of the letter inviting me to call a Lorraine Cassidy senior compliance manager ( sounds ominious) should I have any queries regarding this matter is this just a standard 1st letter that everyone recieves

Hi - it's a standard letter - I received it (AFTER my statements had arrived). Don't ring her, just be patient.

My prelim was received by them on 16th Feb - not heard owt yet...

Hi Davieh's dad! Seems as if their staff member has sent you the incorrect letter re. the statement one. I'm sure they would have received your prelim. Wait until your deadline, which is 27/2, if they haven't offered you your full amount, send your lbaautolinker.com autolinking image and see what happens within the 14 days. I got an offer from them a few days after I sent my LBA (not the full amount though but nearly).

I'm sure you'll hear some good news soon so don't worry. By the way, did you charge contractual interestautolinker.com autolinking image?
