Default West V Mint

Hiya, I started my claim against Mint sometime ago but then what with christmas & lack of funds to start court action etc... it got left. After I received a letter from them basically saying they were not going to refund my charges I then sent my lbaautolinker.com autolinking image on 18th October and that is the last I did, so as it stands I was supposed to file a money cliam at begining of November but as I said above I did not have the money to file the claim. What I would like to know is have I left it too late or can I start the money claim online now?

Hi west, I would advise you to start from prelim again. Only reason being is that the "warning" you gave was for over 2 months ago.

The reason the schedule is set out whereby you give 14 days notice for prelim and lbaautolinker.com autolinking image is so that should your claim go to court you can demonstrate you have given them plenty of notice.

This is the same with your claim, you may have given them notice - but notice on a claim that was coming 2 months ago. You may have problems if you just file your claim now and if it were me, to be on the safe side I would give them the time to sort it.

On the bright side, your claim (should it go to court) will be bigger due to the increase in interestautolinker.com autolinking image!

This is, of course, just my opinion and what I would probably do.

Yes that probably sounds like the best thing to do. I shall start that again in next couple of days.
