Default What Happens When................

You have issued a N1 claim and posted it.
The next day you find that 25% of the total claim ( before the 8%) has been put into your account without a word?

Do you have to
a) Stop the court process and redo the claim taking off the money
b) Leave it as it is
c) Write a cheque out for the money and send it back to the bank and continue with the claim
d) None of the above?

Thanks o wise ones!

You can tell the bank to take the money back as you do not accept it as a settlement. they may even settle for the full amount.
