Default charges claim without hardship status

I have been trying to help my dad win a charges claim but it seems like the first thing they do is set you up for a hradhip status askiong for all details and what not, can u still go ahead puttin in a chrges claim without the hardshipautolinker.com autolinking image status?

All banks have to screen you so to speak for hardship. He can claim the charges back without hardship but he will have to wait until the conclusion of the OFT test caseautolinker.com autolinking image issues. Financial hardship is the only exemption where the bank may pay out.
