Default Tesco personal finance/Triton

Been chasing Tesco for a few months now re my cca, this has now been passed to Triton who I have also requseted a copy of my CCA, they appear to be ignoring this request despite numerous phonecalls and letters (recorded) they are still demanding payment, today I have now received a lawyers letter threatening me with court if I dont pay up in 7 days, on the phone again to Triton and went through my story again, again said someone would call back (again still waiting).

Any suggestions!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi, Pinky,

Basically, you don't have to do anything. They are in default of your CCA request and should not even be hassling for a debt that is disputed.

Unfortunately, hassle you they will, with the debt being passed around various dcas who threaten and bluster as if they actually know what they doing.

Have you received a letter from Incasso solicitors by the way? If so, they may be preparing to take this to court. If that happens, and they still haven't produced a valid, enforceable CCA, then they are on a hiding to nothing - and don't worry, you will get lots of help on how to defend a court claim on here.

BAE

PS - And NEVER phone them!!

Thanks for the help, the soloicitors are Green & Co, was going to write to them and explain and send all copies of correspondence I have sent to Triton and Tesco, what do you think?

Today received a letter from Tesco stating that they needed £1, which I sent to Triton on 20 March.

Getting confused who im dealing with now, Triton or Tesco?

Just play the merry-go-round and write to RBS/Tesco and ask them to clarify who you should be dealing with....don't stress, you actually can have a bit of fun giving them the run around.
