Angry Someone else trying to claim MY charges!

Received part of my RBS Subject access requestautolinker.com autolinking image today, along with the photocopies of the account opening forms etc, there are a number of letters from a company called 'Alliance & Mutual Bank Refunds' requesting my statements!

It looks like RBS havent replied as A&M have sent several letter afterwards referring to me as their 'client' and asking why RBS havent responded.

Do I contact A&M direct and ask them what they think theyre playing at? Or do I contact RBS? I know for a fact I havent had anything to do with any companies wanting to make claims on my behalf.

Any help appreciated, thankyou.

contact the bank and then the police, sounds like they are trying to commit fraud on your account, do some digging and see who they are.
