Default Mint Loan

I think this loan agreement is valid and enforceable but can someone check it out for me?I received the two documents below along with a 6 page print out of the application obviously done over the phone or internet (I can't remember) and a double sided copy exactly the same as below but without the signatures and a statement of payment history.

Hi there,

In my opinion I would say the agreement is enforceable as it contains the prescribed terms embodied within the 4 corners of the document.

Have a read of these threads to understand CCA's (courtesy of 42man & steven4064) -

Consumer Credit Agreements

Sorry it ain't good news but are there any charges on the account that you could reclaim ?

Thanks for your reply. Thought it would be enforceable as it is quite new.

My Mint loan was passed onto Unidebt and have been making reduced payments to them for the loan. I recently wrote to them to ask if they would accept a set monthly payment and could they send me their account details so I could set up a standing order. They cashed my cheque but have ignored two letters now asking for their account details. Now Unidebt have asked Spratt Endicott, Solicitors to act on their behalf asking for payemnt of the full balance within 7 day. If they do not receive payment within 7 days then they have been instructed to issue legal proceeding without further notice. The proceedings will include a claim for interestautolinker.com autolinking image together with court fees and legal costs from the date of issue. I thought that if they cashed the cheque then that was them accepting my offer. The 7 days have passed and I have heard nothing else but really don't want legal proceedings to be taken against me. Please help.

Send a Subject access requestautolinker.com autolinking image to Unidebt - will cost £10.00 and specifically ask for the Notice of Assignment.

Send a CCA request to the solicitors.

Hi, good luck with your letters hope they manage to sort things out with you. I had a question about the agreement you posted. Does it have your signatureautolinker.com autolinking image on it? Its very similar to mine from Mint, except mine doesn't have a signature box!
