Default Black Horse ,ppi Insurance . Help!!!!

hi i must be doing something wrong as no one seems to be aiding my dilemma ,will give it one more try and hopefully someone will be able to assist me (fingers crossed).
i bought a car from dixon motor company in 2006 and recently discovered i have an income protector policy .
i contacted black horse using the template letter saying i would like my money back to which they replied i would have to contact the dealership it was nothing to do with them.
so i sent a reply saying that dixons was no longer trading and that the dealership was acting on there behalf and i still wanted a refund.
the reply i got was i didnt have a PPIautolinker.com autolinking image plan and they sent me a copy of my agreement which shows on the agreement i have ticked and signed for gap insurance ,also i have a booklet called dixoncare and income protector policy which it says for any claims or inquiries contact cardiff pinnacle to which i have in regards to my income protector policy.
i have had no reply as yet from cardif pinnacle (been two weeks so far) and black horse still say i have no insurance .
so im turning to you guy's for help as what to do next if anyone can help.
im sorry that this is long winded
i was hoping someone could point me in the right direction as what to do now and tell me where i am going wrong as i dont seem to be getting anywhere or would you say i am wasting my time
thanks in advance

Dazz, welcome to the forum, they are trying to "pass the buck" . this will not work.

Can you post up for us that agreement that you refer too, minus your personel info.

You need to send them a Subject access requestautolinker.com autolinking image so we can see exactly what has gone on there with you and get your claim startd. check here
