I would like to start reclaiming mis-sold PPI from London Scottish Bank. I understand that they are under administration so do I still proceed as usual and contact them or do I claim from the FSCS?

I have checked london scottish bank on companies house and they are in administration. They are still listed as being regulated by the Financial Services Authority in the FSA Register.
