Default No reply after Allocation Questionnaire

Hi,

I filled in and sent off my aqautolinker.com autolinking image around a month ago and still haven't heard anything. Is this usual?

Regards,
Eleanor

Not sure - I expect it depends on how busy your court is - give them a call and ask what's happening with your claim.

Keep us posted!

It does depend on the workload, but four weeks is a bit extreme.

Would suggest calling the court today, just to politely enquire what progress has been made. This happened to me, and it turned out that the court response had been sent to my old address, and the allocation hearing was the next day...

Rule of thumb seems to be that if you haven't heard after 14 days then give them a call...
