Unhappy Tinkerbell VS CAHOOT!!! ADVICE PLEASE!!

Ok, this is not about being fined by them, but, cut a long story short, they took my final settlement figure for my loan - out on the 4th October of £6800, but made a mistake and took out another £6800 the VERY NEXT DAY!!!!! Leaving me without money for 5 days! They've put it back and after a rather angry letter, they are offering me £100 'ex gratia' and have offered to pay my enevitable bank chargesautolinker.com autolinking image.

My question, should I take the money and run? Or shall I be asking for more compensation?

HELP please
!!!

Thanks!!!!

if they have re-inburst you (including any lost interestautolinker.com autolinking image) and are paying any charges then leave it at that. This more of a banking error than reclaiming unlawful charges back from the bank - I'm sure if you want to court a judge would say they have acted reasonably so as not to leave you out of pocket. IMO
