Default MissM B/F vs. Cahoot

Didnt start a thread but after much thought my other half has decided to settle with Cahoot for 685 or the 801 they owe him.
He sent the prelim, got a reply, sent the lbaautolinker.com autolinking image, didnt get a response. He sent one more reminder in and offered to settle for 85% of the total if they responded within 48 hours.

Low and behold he called me at the office and said guess who has emailed accepting it?

I know we should have gone for the full amount but between my claim and his its a lot of timeline following ect; we are moving house (and with the way a few of the claims are going with cahoot with bailiffs ect just seemed the right move for us..
So we are 685 better off as of last night!
NO WAY I AM settling with RBOS tho!!

So not a COMPLETE win but a win in our eyes none the less...

And it just goes to show they do read their emails!!

They said they have accepted it due to his 'loyalty' to cahoot!
