Hi All

Have sent both letters within stated time frame and completed moneyclaim form. Am wanting them to refund £880 of charges plus court cost. Will keep you informed.....

Hi need a bit of advice as Cahoot have offered half of the charges and half of the interestautolinker.com autolinking image and all of my court costs so what do i do now....is there a letter template i need to send.

Simply reject the offer. This is what I intend to do. They have to settle for the full amount, or face explaining themselves in court...
