Default JayZ vs Cahoot CCA

Hi All,

Some time ago now after a Subject access requestautolinker.com autolinking image, i received my CCA from a DCAautolinker.com autolinking image.
The original was one A4 printed both sides, but below it was sent to me in two parts.

Does anyone know the authenticity/enforceability on these?

The signatureautolinker.com autolinking image from the lender is dated nearly a year later of me signing the agreement, so does this mean the agreement has not been properly executed?

Also in respect of the agreement, should the prescribed terms be contained in the signature document?

Sorry if they come out a little on the big side, otherwise the writing is not too good.

Thanks all.

I'm in the same boat pal. The two things that spring to mind for me are 1: the validity of having the credit card and overdraftautolinker.com autolinking image in the same agreement, 2: did you travel back in time to sign the agreement? cahoot signed it in 2003, sent it to you, and you dated it 2002!!

Thanks for your replies.

Andy, i will try what you have said, thanks.

craigers, at least im not alone.
To be honest with you regarding the signed year i do not understand how i signed it a year before to be honest... you can understand when going into a new year but were talking about 10 months later... lol.
I thought they would of picked that up on sending back CCA?

Hi JayZ

To be enforceable, the agreement msut have you signatureautolinker.com autolinking image and the prescribed terms in the same document. The prescribed terms on on the first page of the agreement in post #1 and the signature (obviously) on the second page. Presumably these two pages are back and front of the original -I'm sure a court would think so - so that would make the agreement enforceable. The dates oddity might make it not properly executed but it would not affect the enforceability.

Steven, many thanks for the reply.

By the looks of what you have said and other in similar circumstances, looks like these Cahoot CCA's are enforcable.

Your right in saying that both sides are printed one one A4.

Thanks.
