Default Bignick and Cahoot Credit Card

Last month I CCA'd Cahoot regarding my credit card and all they sent me was a copy of the signed form with T&Cs, all on 2 sides. I will scan and post this soon.

Are they required to send statements too or do I need to Subject access requestautolinker.com autolinking image them?

Assuming it has your signatureautolinker.com autolinking image on it that you have blanked out, that looks enforceable to me - it has all of the prescribed terms on it.

However, agreements are not the area in which I have been concentrating - I seem to be more of a notice kinda guy.

I am sure someone stronger on agreements will confirm or correct what I think.

I agree with Viscount Star - it looks enforceable to me. However, this is under the assumption that these 2 documents would be front and back. The only way you would find that out though, would be in court......

That's OK, I was rather expecting that to be honest. Think I will go through the statements instead and look for any unfair chargesautolinker.com autolinking image but I think that might be some years back. Isn't there a time limit on how far back you can claim?

I have one query. It states

The interestautolinker.com autolinking image rate for purchases, transferred balances, and cash advances is a monthly rate of 0.2871%.

The APR for cash advances is 7.9% (variable). The APR for purchases and balance transfers is 6.3% (variable).

If the interest rates are the same for all three, how can the APRs be different? Is it due to the handling fee for cash advances?
